During my stay, I was delighted by the fitness facilities available on the 4th floor. It was well-equipped and had a sauna in both the men's and women's change rooms, making it perfect for a post-workout relaxation session. The staff at the gym were incredibly helpful and always willing to assist, ensuring a great experience for all guests.

I really enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast was not only delicious but also offered a wide variety of options. After long days of exploring, it was fantastic to have room service available, providing us with a delicious meal without the need to venture out into the busy streets of Hanoi.

The hotel really catered to families! My kids loved the playground on the 4th floor, and there were also two swimming pools available. This made it easy for our family to relax and enjoy some leisure time together while the kids had a blast playing. It was truly a family-friendly environment.

Our two-bedroom apartment was amazing — spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen and laundry facilities made our stay even more convenient, allowing us to feel at home while exploring Hanoi. Plenty of room for the entire family made it a perfect setup for us.
